Woodward Center Pet of the Week

Meet Bella, the 7-year old, 9 lb. Dachshund/Chihuahua blend Pet-of-the-Week at Helen Woodward Animal Center! No, Bella’s not teasing you (this sweetie wouldn’t dream of it), she’s had that signature “wink” since shortly after birth and is as healthy as can be. In fact, she seems to feel the only thing she’s really missing is a loving family. The Woodward Center staff says, “Bella is the alpha who runs the house, keeps a clean room, and enjoys being tucked into a cozy bed.” With a deep well of love and a generous spirit, this one-of-a-kind beauty may just redefine the word.

Bella is waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. She has been spayeded and is up-to-date on all of her vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $269 and, as with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, she is micro chipped for identification. As an added bonus, Bella also comes with two free passes to Sea World!

Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open daily Monday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Fridays from noon to 7 p.m.; Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last application accepted 15 minutes before closing).
