The Chino Farm welcomes ‘Japanese Farm Food’ author

Nancy Singleton Hachisu appeared at The Chino Farm with her new cookbook “Japanese Farm Food” for a book signing on Feb. 10. The event also featured a cooking demonstration and tasting by Chef Singleton Hachisu, using fresh ingredients and winter vegetables from the farm.
