Rancho Santa Fe School students learn on location

The R. Roger Rowe School’s third grade classes went to Ponto Beach and Batiquitos Lagoon recently where they learned about plant and animal adaptations, wetlands, the watershed and the Kumeyaay Indians. Educational Science field trips such as this one are a part of the “Five-Star Education” program at the Ranch school and are funded through the RSF Education Foundation.
