Rancho Santa Fe resident Rick Puttkammer rejoins Colliers San Diego
The San Diego office of Colliers International recently announced that Rancho Santa Fe resident Rick Puttkammer will be rejoining Colliers International as a Senior Vice President in the San Diego office. A 25-year veteran in retail property sales and leasing, Puttkammer will lead Colliers’ expanded retail division.
Most recently, Puttkammer was a Senior Vice President at Flocke & Avoyer in San Diego. From 1997 to 2008 he was a Senior Marketing Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he led the retail division, and from 1987 to 1997 he was a Senior Marketing Director at Colliers International San Diego region.
Some of Puttkammer’s recent accomplishments include the sale of Clairemont Village Square to Kleege Enterprises for $27.3 million, assisting Costco in the expansion of its San Marcos warehouse, and the successful execution of a $10.5 million exchange using five properties in four different states. He is active in International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the San Diego CCIM Chapter. He is actively involved in the community supporting many charitable causes, including Children’s Hospital, American Red Cross, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Doctors without Borders.
Puttkammer is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in finance. Puttkammer and his wife, Kim, live have three sons.
