Rancho Santa Fe Playground Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

RSF community members gathered Nov. 17 for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new playground, located at the Rancho Santa Fe ball fields, south of Richardson Field on Rambla de las Flores.
