Writer and historian Simon Sebag Montefiore was the guest author at the May meeting of the Rancho Santa Fe Literary Society on May 18 at the Grand Del Mar hotel. (See page 8 for more on the author.) The Literary Society is sponsored by Northern Trust, the Rancho Santa Fe Community Center and this newspaper.
