Author/former Navy Seal Sniper instructor to speak at Rancho Santa Fe Library Guild event Oct. 25

Author Brandon Webb, former Navy Seal Sniper head instructor, presented his book “The Red Circle; My Life in the Navy Seal, Sniper Corps and How I Trained America’s Deadliest Marksmen” at the Oct. 25 RSF Library Guild meeting.
