Rancho Santa Fe GoldDiggers end undefeated season with Rookie League Championship

The GoldDiggers took home the Rancho Santa Fe Community Center Girls Junior Dunkers Rookie League basketball championship trophy on May 20. First surviving a nail- biter in their semifinal matchup, the GoldDiggers were able to pull away in the second half of the championship game against “Fade to Black,” thus keeping their unbeaten season intact in front of a sell-out crowd at Holcomb Memorial Gym.
