R. Roger Rowe School celebrates new campus

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Oct. 20 to officially celebrate the new campus of R. Roger Rowe School in Rancho Santa Fe. A variety of activities were held throughout the afternoon, highlighted by a Community Concerts of Rancho Santa Fe performance by award-winning Nashville singer Billy Dean.
