Prudential California Realty recently announced that the Dalzell Group has added another sales achievement to their long list of accolades. The Dalzell Group is the number one ranked Prudential team in Carmel Valley for the number of homes they have sold this year.
Led by 18-year real estate veteran Jim Dalzell, the group includes his two grown sons, Ryan and Kevin, and his wife Jo, who manages the office. Team Leader Jim Dalzell attributed their success to a focus on client service and an extensive understanding of the real estate market.
