Parking enforcement appears to free up spaces Increased parking enforcement by the CHP (California Highway Patrol) has begun in the village. While official statistics won’t be known for the a few weeks, anecdotally, Association staff say they have noticed that some of the vehicles that were frequently parked in violation of time limits have now moved to other non-timed street segments. Staff members said they have also been out in the Village during some peak times and observed several open spots.
