New-home sales veteran Oscar Ortega has brought his skills to the Rancho Santa Fe Del Rayo office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties as REALTOR®-Sales Associate.

“For the past 12 years, Oscar worked in new-homes sales for one of the largest privately owned residential homebuilders in the country, with 11 active new-home subdivisions in San Diego,” said Rancho Santa Fe Village Office Manager Herb Josepher. “He sold and closed over 600 homes during his tenure with that firm and we know he’ll be a great addition to our dedicated team.”

“My mission is to inspire, enrich and serve people as a professional, to share joy with family and friends; and to live life to the fullest every day,” said Ortega, who joins his wife, Lynn, also a REALTOR at the Rancho Santa Fe Del Rayo office.

The couple enjoys tennis and ballroom dancing in their free time. With more than 33 years of experience in the performing arts, Oscar has studied, performed and taught dance throughout the world. He and Lynn have supported several local charities over the years, including Casa de Amparo, Helen Woodward Animal Center, Voices for Children, Just in Time, Emeritus Assisted Living, The Beach and Country Guild, and the Berkshire Hathaway Charitable Foundation
