A new member ribbon-cutting was held June 19 at 2Good2B, the gluten-free, corn-free and soy-free café and bakery in Encinitas. The establishment is owned by local resident Diana Benedek.

Twenty percent of sales from the June 19 event at the store will be donated to the local Celiac Chapter # 57.
2GOOD2B is at 204 N. El Camino Real, Encinitas. The space has just been doubled to facilitate current demand — offering the 2GOOD2B retail line to quality supermarkets, restaurants, and hotels.
This expansion will enable the production of an online ordering and shipping program this summer, while supplying signature products to future franchisees in early 2014.
