Memorial service set for Dr. Roger Rowe

A memorial service for longtime former Rancho Santa Fe School superintendent Dr. Roger Rowe, who passed away on Feb. 4 at the age of 82, will be held on Saturday, March 31, at 1 p.m., at the Village Community Presbyterian Church in Rancho Santa Fe (6225 Paseo Delicias, Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., 92067; 858-756-2441).

If possible, those who plan to attend the memorial service are encouraged to carpool to the event to help prevent traffic/parking congestion.
