Mad Science is on a ‘Mission for Nutrition’ at Rancho Santa Fe Library

The Mad Science team presented its “Mission for Nutrition” program recently at the Rancho Santa Fe Library to go along with the library’s Summer Reading Program theme of “Reading is Soooo Delicious!”

The Mad Scientists performed wacky and exciting experiments to demonstrate how the body breaks down oils, uses food for energy, and much more.
