Ice Cream Social at Rancho Santa Fe Library

The Rancho Santa Fe Library celebrated the conclusion of another successful 2012 Summer Reading Program with an Ice Cream Social on Aug. 3.

The event included a juggler and a big raffle for all the participants of the reading program.
