Meet Helen Woodward Animal Center’s Pet-of-the-Week, Nina! Nina is a beautiful, tall, blonde Chihuahua blend with a positive attitude that just won’t quit. At just 10 lbs. and 1 year old, she loves to explore new places and does the sweetest full-body happy dance when she meets new people. She is also unusually brave, as she seems unfazed by deafness that she was likely born with. Come meet Nina today and treat yourself to Chihuahua kisses.

Nina is waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. She has been spayed and is up-to-date on all of her vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $269, and, as with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, she is micro chipped for identification. As an added bonus, Nina also comes with two free passes to Sea World.

Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open daily Monday through Thursday from noon to 6 p.m.; Fridays from noon to 6 p.m.; Saturdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last application accepted 15 minutes before closing).
