On the heels of tremendous sales success, Davidson Communities will release nine new homes in Phase 4 at Arista at The Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe, an enclave of 43 new home sites.

“We’ve sold 16 homes since our grand opening on March 24,” said Petra Eigl, Arista sales manager. “These floor plans have really connected with the Rancho Santa Fe market and are attracting a mix of empty nesters and young families.”
