Community Concerts of Rancho Santa Fe event opens Performing Arts Center

The Performing Arts Center at Rancho Santa Fe officially opened with its first concert on Oct. 20, a benefit event sponsored by Community Concerts of Rancho Santa Fe. Billy Dean, Nashville singer/songwriter and no. 1 recording artist, performed for this special evening event. This concert was the finale of an afternoon of activity at the new campus of the R. Roger Rowe School. All proceeds from the concert will be designated by Community Concerts for a specific enhancement at the new PAC, which is not completely finished.
