Committee seeks resident input on Rancho Santa Fe Pool and Health Club

The Rancho Santa Fe Association’s Pool and Health Club Committee is seeking input from residents on the planning of a proposed new facility for the Covenant. Residents are encouraged to sign up to attend three upcoming small, professionally-guided focus groups to weigh in on the kind of amenities they would like to see in the facility.

Amenities include items such as types of pools, free weights, cardio machines, steam room, sauna, lockers, Pilates or yoga classes, casual dining and more. Once amenities are determined, the design, amenities, membership and finance teams for the project can get to work on a complete plan for the community to vote on this fall.

Focus groups held at the Association office include:

• Thursday, March 19, at 9-10 a.m., 1-2 p.m. and 6:30-7:30 p.m.

• Friday, March 20, at 9-10 a.m., 1-2 p.m. and 6:30-7:30 p.m.

• Saturday, March 21, at 9-10 a.m.

A questionnaire is also being circulated and the results of the questionnaire and focus groups will be presented at a town hall meeting on April 16 at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the Rancho Santa Fe Garden Club.

The committee is also looking for members to volunteer to serve on the design team and the pre-sale membership team. Those who are interested can e-mail Daria Quay at rsfpool@rsfassociation.org or by phone at (858) 756-1174.
