The Rancho Santa Fe Branch of Willis Allen Real Estate is pleased to announce that Broker Jessica Wallace-Kelley has joined its ranks. Wallace-Kelley has a background in forensic accounting and litigation, which led her to a distinguished career in commercial real estate. She spent 15 years working at Marcus & Millichap specializing in commercial investment sales before transitioning her business to residential sales.

“Because I was in commercial real estate for so long, I bring a unique skill set to my clients,” says Wallace-Kelley. “I have a fierce set of negotiation skills, financial acumen and the ability to communicate with many different types of people and personalities.”

Wallace-Kelley adds that she conducted an extensive search for the best residential real estate agency to join. “I decided Willis Allen was the perfect fit because no one does more volume in luxury properties in the Rancho Santa Fe area,” Wallace-Kelley explains. “That, coupled with Willis Allen’s beautiful marketing materials and cutting edge technology made it clear that there was no better place for me.”

Anne Le Beau McBee, Willis Allen’s Rancho Santa Fe Branch Manager, says Wallace-Kelley is an extremely knowledgeable agent, but that wasn’t the only thing that made her a great fit for the company. “With Jessica, Willis Allen’s buyers and sellers get an agent who is compassionate, outgoing and friendly, as well as extremely competent. We are very happy to have her on our team,” says Le Beau McBee. Wallace-Kelley embraces the California lifestyle and can often be found on the beach with her family, playing in the surf and sun. She also enjoys hiking with her two dogs.
