Young singer starts local golf tournament on a strong note

For the second year in a row, 12-year-old Olivia Markey sings “The National Anthem” at the Ladies Tradition Golf Tournament held recently at the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club. Olivia is a sixth grader at R. Roger Rowe School.
