Voila Hair Atelier celebrates second anniversary
Voila Hair Atelier, located in the Fairbanks Village Plaza, held a two-year anniversary celebration on Oct. 8.
The event featured cocktails, a raffle drawing, belly dancer, Flamenco guitar and singer, fashion show with Nadia, salon hair and makeup, and tango dance.
