Nearly 200 enthusiastic patrons, VIPs, and guests were in attendance March 23 at the San Diego Film Festival’s VIP Screening Series and advance preview of the new Noah Baumbach film “While We’re Young,” starring Ben Stiller and Naomi Watts.
