Rancho Santa Fe’s Jamie Carr hosts reception for CEO of Parkinson’s Institute

Rancho Santa Fe resident Jamie Carr hosted a holiday reception at the Fairbanks Ranch residence of Greg and Clair Allison in honor of Dr. Carrolee Barlow, the CEO of the Parkinson’s Institute, on Dec. 15, 2014.
