Vision of Children Foundation event features international superstar Andrea Bocelli

The Vision of Children Foundation held its 7th fundraising concert event featuring Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli June 21 at the Valley View Casino Center. Premier seating was provided to Vision of Children supporters to this sold-out public event, raising over $200,000 to support vision research.

In addition to an evening of great music, Vision of Children guests enjoyed a private reception, “Club 20/20”, with gourmet fare, while generating public awareness and raising financial support for Vision of Children.

For over two decades, Vision of Children has taken a leading role in raising awareness of hereditary vision disorders and remains one of the most active organizations funding vision research today. Vision of Children has given hope to thousands of visually-impaired children as a result of important research projects it has supported all over the world. Bocelli, who has been blind since childhood, has supported Vision of Children and has shared the foundation’s passion to find a cure for genetic blindness and vision disorders.
