R. Roger Rowe Middle School hosts FTC Robotics Tournaments

On Dec. 9, the R. Roger Rowe Middle School hosted two back-to-back FTC Robotics Qualifying Tournaments with 25 teams from around Southern California competing. Due to the Lilac Fire, the school welcomed the Euclid League, which was previously scheduled to compete in Escondido.

There were four local R. Roger Rowe Middle School teams at the Gauss League Tournament, which took place in the morning. The RSF Intergalactic Dragons came away undefeated with top scores. RSF Singularity, RSF Logitechies and RSF Virtual Vipers also showed strong.

The R. Roger Rowe Middle School will host another tournament at its gym on Saturday, Jan. 13. For information about the January tournament, and how you can help, contact Pamela Meistrell at
