R. Roger Rowe Halloween Parade & Carnival

R. Roger Rowe students participated in a festive Halloween Parade & Costume Carnival Oct. 28. The parade began at the school and moved through the village of Rancho Santa Fe. This time-honored tradition features witches, ghosts, goblins, princesses, superheroes and more. The carnival, brought to students by the RSF Education Foundation, featured a wide variety of fun-filled games and activities.
