Welcome reception held for new RSF Fire Chief

The RSF Fire District held a welcome reception for new RSF Fire District Chief Fred Cox Dec. 12 in the Rancho Cielo Village Courtyard. Cox replaces former RSF Fire Chief Tony Michel who recently retired after 35 years of service to the community.
