The Library Guild of Rancho Santa Fe hosted the 28th annual Christmas Tea and Tree Raffle Dec. 14 at the Rancho Santa Fe Library. The event included a selection of holiday treats, a raffle for favorite tabletop holiday creations, music provided by the R. Roger Rowe School choir, a tea and more.
