Community Concerts of RSF begins 19th season with classical pianist Alina Kiryayeva

The Community Concerts of Rancho Santa Fe opened its 19th season at the Village Church Oct. 12 with renowned classical pianist Alina Kiryayeva. This is the second appearance this artist has made in this area, and she was welcomed back with great enthusiasm. Kiryayeva brings an impressive skill set, honed at the famed Julliard School of Music, and applies it with humor and insight to both contemporary and classical music. She wowed the audience with nuanced, technically-perfect, emotionally- invested classical favorites mixed with classical arrangements of contemporary tunes.
