Realtor Sean Caddell, from Willis Allen Real Estate’s Del Mar office, hosted a party Aug. 21 to showcase an extraordinary historical Lilian Rice masterpiece home located in Rancho Santa Fe at 16734 Via de Santa Fe. The home was loved by only three prior owners: the first owner lost the house in the Great Depression; the second owner kept the house until the 1960s; and Caddell’s client’s late husband bought the house in the 1960s. They raised their children at the home. The house also features the largest collection of Harry Jackson statues and sculptures in the U.S. The event featured wine and treats to show the beautiful, entertaining ability that this home boasts. Original everywhere you look.
