Artist presents ‘Painting Water in Oil’ at RSF Art Guild event
Painter and instructor Alex Schaefer presented the RSF Art Guild demonstration “Painting Water in Oil” Sept. 5 at the RSF Senior Center. Tying together color theory and painting facts, Schaefer showed how to paint different types of water scenes from seascapes to urban areas.
