On March 23, Las Damas de Fairbanks hosted chef Claire Kats of Dine in 2Nite gourmet meal delivery (www.dinein2nite.com), who shared her culinary secrets in a cooking demo with the group. They also raised money for the FACE Foundation (www.face4pets.org), a charitable organization which provides financial assistance to pet owners who are unable to cover the cost of their pets’ emergency or critical care.
